
Alan was recruited in 2022 and has a wide knowledge of working in the maintenance industry. Alan has previously had both office and hands on roles within the property maintenance industry, which assists him in dealing with both clients and engineers. Alan provides a smooth experience throughout the entire process, with careful attention to detail and ensuring the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Sam was welcomed to the team in 2021 and continues to be an invaluable member of KBK. Previous roles in customer service have assisted Sam to constantly provide a high level of service to our clients. Sam is able to effectively plan maintenance work for KBK, while multi-tasking within a busy office environment.
Kay has been with the company from the beginning and has helped KBK become a successful property maintenance company. Kay ensures every aspect of the office runs smoothly and her organisation skills are second to none.
